After several battles, Yorks capture Henry again and this time an Act of Accord is made where Richard of York is made Henry's heir and regent while Henry's son Edward is disinherited and banished from London along with Margaret his mother who vows revenge. Margaret talks Henry into dismissing York councellors and to gather a new army.
