We have been visiting Florida for many years but will not be visiting the Parks again Disney has unashamedly turned into a money making business where the customer no longer has a Magical experience. Food prices were astronomical several dollars for a can of soft drink or a bottle of water. Additionally, the charge for car parking was $25 dollars a day – what a ripoff! As a family we had two cars so, over the course of the holiday spent several hundred dollars in car parking charges before we even got into the park. Great for those who could afford it – not so great for everyone else. The reason for that was because of the number of people using the fast lanes – every time they were admitted in front of the standby line, it prolonged the wait time. Even though it was meant to be a quiet time to travel, the standby queue times were so long we were unable to do all the rides.
